CMN is also in Distribution of Niche products related to Refrigeration , Airconditioning and Ventillation Industry including Air Quality Treatment products.
We are looking forward to become one of the leading supply chain company for Aviation, Nuclear Power, Defence Research, Oil & Gas & Heavy Engineering Industry.
In our retail distribution arm we intend to distribute niche quality products for HVAC & R industry for next level of comfort.
We bind our self to usage and promotion of energy saving, productivity enhancing and environment friendly products and practices and also creating safe, hazard free working conditions.

- Our Directors include Amit Malik a mechanical engineer with specialisation in Refrigeration & Airconditioning, today a well known person in HVAC industry.
- Mr Amit Malik started his Career with M/s Carrier Aircon Ltd in 1989 as a management trainee.
- Underwent on Job training at Carrier Singapore during 1991 – 1992.
- Back in India he served as Regional Manager – West heading projects and service for five years till 1997.
- Rakhi Malik is Electronics Engineers having working experience with Crompton Greaves and over seventeen years with the company. She specializes in distribution management .

CMN starts distribution of Niche products related to HVAC & R ties up with VOLTAS – A Tata Group Company & Carrier – A UTC Group Company in Mumbai (India)
2005
CMN Diversifies into Engineering products – Dealing in Premium and Mid Tier Tools of SNAP ON & BLUE POINT from Snap On Tools Inc – USA
2008
CMN starts its Tools sales PAN India to key customers in Aviation, Nuclear Power, Defence Research, Oil & Gas Industry etc
2010
CMN starts its first International office in Singapore
2011
CMN starts distribution of YORK Airconditioners & Air Purifiers in Western India
2015
CMN starts its distribution office in Sri Lanka
2016
CMN takes-up distribution from Vance Chemicals of Mr McKenic, Germ Killer & Mrs McKenic for India and Sri Lanka.
2018
Signs a distribution and sales representation agreement with Sagar Asia for South East Asia and Bangladesh for their brands – Liberti, Frheit, Euro Star and Little Giant.
